August 10 - August 22, 2014

Passport and Visa

A foreigner traveling to Russia should have a valid passport (expire date should be not earlier than 6 months after the date of visitor's departure from Russia) and an appropriate visa. We strongly encourage you to apply for a tourist visa, as it is less time consuming.

For a tourist visa one needs "a standard tourist confirmation from a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from the hotel or travel agency in Russia" (should be requested from the hotel). We will be happy to assist to registered participants in receiving a voucher and a tourist invitation.
